Italian Dining NSNTR Highlights

One of the main highlights is the pasta selection, created in collaboration with San Remo. Using premium-quality pasta, the menu features two signature dishes that reflect the spirit of this dining experience.

Chef Matteo Meacci presents Linguine with Blue Swimming Crab, a dish with delicate seafood flavours and an Italian touch. Meanwhile, Chef Edi Pancamala introduces Rigatoni Acehnese Curry, where rich local flavours meet the comfort of classic pasta. Together, both dishes bring Italian roots and Indonesian taste to the same table.

Signature Dishes to Discover

Beyond the pasta, guests can also enjoy a range of signature dishes from both chefs. These include Cod Fish in Casserole, Pizza with Beef Rendang, Ossobuco, and Sei Sapi Pizza.

To end on a sweet note, guests can also enjoy Thai Tea Tiramisu. Altogether, the menu reflects A Tale of Two Chefs, where Italian heritage meets bold Indonesian flavour.
