1. The general terms and conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless offer apply, and you must be a member of ALL – Accor Live Limitless to benefit from it.

This offer entitles members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, regardless of their membership status, to benefit from a 20% discount on the public flexible rate when staying at any participating hotel that is part of this offer, by booking one of the eligible “20% OFF – Guest Star Offer” rates. This discount is combinable with the Members’ Rate of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and with the Accor Plus Members’ Rate except for reservations stays outside Asia Pacific . Please note that this offer is only valid at participating hotels located outside Europe, North Africa, and excluding Sofitel hotels. Stays at onefinestay are not eligible for this offer.

3. This offer is valid for a member’s stay from May 13, 2025, to September 9, 2025, at one of the participating hotels, and must be booked between May 13, 2025, and May 27, 2025, up until 11:59 p.m. Central European Time (CET). Blackout dates may apply, and the offer is subject to availability. The validity dates of the offer are subject to change without prior notice.

4. The stay must be for a minimum of 2 nights.

5. To be eligible for this offer, reservation must be booked made directly via ALL.com or the Wechat Program (for Greater China hotels). Stays Reservations booked made through another booking platform/channe such asl, reseller, tour operator, or third-party online travel agent (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.) will are not be eligible for this offer.

6. Members must provide their ALL – Accor Live Limitless Loyalty card number when making the reservation and present the card at the hotel reception desk at check-in.

7. All bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.

8. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits (including ALL PLUS offers) and does not apply to groups. If the stay meets the terms and conditions for several offers, only the Reward points linked to the most generous offer (meaning the one that allows you to earn the highest number of Reward points) will be credited to your account.

9. Cancellation policy varies depending on the hotel. If the reservation is not canceled in time, the guest will be charged for the first night.

Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer accept no liability for non-performance or unavailability of the offer due to an external and unavoidable event that makes performance by Accor, participating hotels, and/or partners of this offer impossible or disproportionately burdensome. Customers or members will not be entitled to any compensation, and the benefits of the offer (particularly Reward points) will not be issued/credited if the offer cannot be implemented under these circumstances.
